HELLO!
My name is Ben Udashen. I am an experienced nanny and preschool teacher with almost a decade of experience. Over the past two years I have been working in a nanny-share setting, wherein I have been caring for two amazing kids. My current position began when the kids were 3 months old and will end as the children turn two. Although I am sad that my time with these families is at an end, I am excited about the possibility of working with another nanny-share or family.
A little bit about me. I specialize in working with infants and toddlers ages 3 months to 3 years old. My strengths as a childcare worker include sleep training, patience, compassion, an ability to multitask, working with multiple children simultaneously, and speech development.

I feel that as a childcare worker it is important to be with the children in their space (i.e., on the ground playing), talking to them throughout the day, and exposing them to music, books, and culture. More structurally, I think it is important as a childcare worker to provide children with leisure and educational activities that involve nature or social connection.
My past work history. I have worked in various childcare settings; such as daycare, preschool, and babysitting gigs on weekends, and after-school care. I’m specifically looking for a full time position (approximately 40 hours), but am flexible with times and days, as well as being open to babysitting on off days.
